Our primary focus is to provide employability support to those facing barriers to employment and who live in Edinburgh.
If you have a disability or long term health condition and are interested in finding a job and keeping it, we can help.
All in Edinburgh is an Employment Service delivered on behalf of the City of Edinburgh Council as part of a consortium of partners. Forth Sector, The Action Group, Into Work and Enable Scotland.
Our person centred service uses the Scottish Government’s 5 Stage Supported Employment Framework.
The support we provide can include:
- • Money and benefits advice
- • Assistance with job applications and support to arrange adjustments
- • Support to source vacancies
- • Job coaching within the workplace by an experienced employment worker
- • Support to retain a job if you need it, or progress in your career
- • Signposting to other services in Edinburgh, if this is appropriate
Clients also have access to access to our wellbeing page which currently include Life Coaching, Reiki and Arts sessions.
